Mango Shopping Night '13 SS

Once Again I was invited to the Mango Shopping Night out here in Bogotá. I was afraid I could not go, I had class till 6:30 pm, and the event was at 7, but somehow I managed to get out of class at 5:30, I went to the venue, and change my clothes as fast as I could (I thought I had to change on my car, driving and changing clothes, that was a challenge, thanks god I did not do that), I was waiting for my friend so there was a bit of time to fresh my "red" face, I do not know if you guy knew but I tend to get red with just a "hi", so changing fast cause that red look on me.

The event was great, we had a cocktail, not good at all. And then again there were three surprises, two gift cards worth 500.000 pesos, two subscriptions to Hola magazine and last but not least, there was a gift bag worth a million pesos, from Estee Lauder. Also if you buy anything with the purchase Estee lauder would give you a free cosmetic bag.

As for the clothes, I loved, really loved the white pieces, and some print shirts that remind me of summer, beach, and cocktails. Definitely a must!!

Otra vez tube la oportunidad de ser invitada ala Mango Shoppng Night Bogotá. Tenía mucho miedo de no poder llegar, tenía clase hasta las 6:30 de la tarde, y el evento era a las 7. pero, no se como pude salir de clase a las 5:30 y llegue al evento, me cambié lo más rápido que pude (Pensé que me iba a tocar cambiarme en el carro, manejando y cambiandome de atuendo, no se de verdad hubiera sido un reto, menos mal no paso, porque depronto hubiera causado un accidente). Estaba esperando a mi amiga así que tube tiempo de calmarme un poco con mi afán, no se si sepan pero me sonrojo con nada.

El evento estubo bueno, nos dieron un coctel, que no estubo tan bueno. Y otra vez hubieron muchas sorpresas, habían dos bonos de regalo que valen 500.000 pesos, dos suscripciones a la revista hola y por último, una bolsa de regalo de Estee Lauder. También si se compraba algo Estee Lauder estaba regalando una cosmetiquera gratis.

En cuanto a la colección, me encantaron las piezas blancas, y las piezas con estampado que me recordo la playa, el sol, y cocteles. Definitivamente un must!!

Guide for music Festival

There are a lot of music Festivals, around the world, Coachella in California, Glastonbury in the UK, Estereopicnic here in Colombia, and well, a loot!! It is so important that you are comfortable and there are some statement pieces which you can not miss!
Fringe, ripped jeans, comfortable shoes, lets say heels are not on my options if I were going, so flats are great or booties, I would definitely go for a cowboy style, maybe indie too. So here are my faves pieces and some inspiration.

Hay varios festivales de música al rededor del mundo, Coachella en California, Glastonbury en el Reino Unido, y Estereopicnic en Colombia, bueno demasiados!! Es muy importante estar cómodos y hay algunas piezas que no pueden faltar.
Flecos, jeans rotos, zapatos cómodos, bueno definitivamente los tacones no son una buena opción, así que zapatos planos van a ser, definitivamente iría por un estilo tejano o indie. Aquí les dejo alguna inspiración y algunas de mis piezas favoritas.

Stones and Heels

Shot In the Mall. Definetelly I am not the one who shots at a public place, yesterday, was my first of my whole life, well, besides the "Chocachi Road Trip". The reason why I do not often let my dad, sister or mom aka Photographers, take pictures of me in spots where everyone is seeing me is precisely because of that. Everyone staring scares me out!! So this first time was awesome, I did had my flips with the heels, walking on stones is not the best idea for 6" heels. Quite a great experience though.

As for what I was wearing, I bought these varsity jacket last month from the mens department, one statement is to have mens clothes on my closet. Love how they looks on girls, tell me what you think about mens clothes on woman's?

Sesión en el CC. Definitivamente no soy de las que se toman "looks del día" en lugares públicos, ayer fue mi primer día, exceptuando el de "Choachi Road Trip". La razón de por qué no dejo que mi papá, hermana o mamá Alias Mis fotógrafos, me tomen fotos en lugares donde hay muchas personas es precisamente la razón por la cual no los dejo. Todo el mundo mirando me aterra!! Así que esta primera vez fue increíble, si tuve momentos en los cuales casi me caigo, definitivamente usar tacones de 12 cm para caminar sobre piedras no es la mejor idea. Sin embargo una experiencia genial.

En cuanto a lo que estoy usando, compre esta chaqueta el mes pasado en el departamento de hombres, definitivamente algo que hay que tener es algo de la sección de hombre en mi armario. Me gusta como se ve en mujeres, diganme que opinan acerca de la ropa de hombres en chicas?

So into Watches

Watches work as a clock of course and also as a gret accesory, they can pop up your wrist, like nothing does, well maybe an hermes bracelet or a celine one. But when you do not have the income to buy those a watch is the best investment. There are a lot of brands, but a few that can catch the attention. I mean, original and classic watches are more fun. Those old school, that would never go out of fashion are my favourite ones, maybe with some modification, which makes them perfect.
Brands, well there are, Mido, Rolex, and some others (So freaking expensive) but there are others that our wallets will love, I mean as swatch, casio, oasis, sekonda, there are a lot of them and there is the middle ones, like Michael Kors and Vivienne Westwood, Which are my favourites with casio. They three recreate the perfect classic watch, and make a twist on them. This is the special thing.

Los relojes trabajan como un reloj, pero también como un accesorio increíble, pueden darle algo de vida a tu muñeca, como nada lo hace, bueno de pronto un brazalete Hermes o uno Celine. Pero cuando no se tiene el presupuesto, comprar un reloj es la mejor opción. Hay varias marcas, pero son pocas las que agarran la atención. Me refiero a que, los relojes originales y clásicos son mas divertidos. Aquellos de la vieja escuela, que nunca van a pasar de moda, son mis favoritos, de pronto con algúna modificación, lo que los hace perfectos.
Marcas, bueno hay demasiadas, Rolex, Mido y otras (Muy cosotosas), pero hay otras que nuestras billeteras amaran, Swatch, Casio, Oasis, Sekonda, bueno hay demasiadas. Pero estan las de la mitad, como Michael Kors, Vivienne Westwood, que son mis favoritas con Casio. Estas tres recrean el reloj clasico perfecto, y hacen ciertas modificaciones. Lo cual es especial.
