MAKE UP FAN

Afternoon,  well I am just so happy yesterday I had an appointment at the doctor, and guess what, apparently I wont get my eye surgery. Which is amazing, it's been two months since I can't put proper make up, meaning no mascara, eye liner, shadows, ok nothing on my eyes!! which is a shame. But now I am really happy, and I can get proper pictures and everything!!

This is a very special day for me, I found my bamboo and just made this illustration to show you guys how excited I am about me not getting any surgery soon. This is all for today but hopefully I will post this week and outfit of the day post, stay tuned and thank you for the messages about my eye surgery, think your "get well" messages helped.

Buenas tardes, bueno estoy super feliz, ayer tuve cita en el doctor , y adivinen que, aparentemente no me van a operar del ojo. Lo que es increíble, ya han pasado dos meses desde que no puedo usar maquillaje en mis ojos, me refiero a no pestañina, delienador, sombras, bueno nada que pueda usar en mis ojos!! lo que es muy triste. Pero ahora soy realmente feliz y puedo tomar fotos adecuadas y todo!!

Es un día especial para mi, encontre mi bamboo y decidí hacer esta ilustración para mostrarles lo emocionada que estoy de que no me operen pronto. Esto es todo por hoy, pero espero poner una entrada esta semana de un atuendo del día asi que esten pendientes y gracias por los mensajeros acerca de mi operación, creo que esos mensakitos ayudaron.

LIPSTICK JUNGLE

LIPSTICKS. The lipstick is one of the most important things when it comes to makeup, finding the perfect one for any occasion can be hard, since some are a little bit shiny with a touch of color, others are matte and some are satin. These four that I've picked for this post are the three kind of lipstick I just mentioned. All brands have their own name for this but just to keep it simple I named them just for how they looked.

1. Shiny with a touch of color. This one is perfect when your eyes are little darker, maybe a smokey eye and you just want to focus the attention on your eyes. This one is perfect for that or have you seen this movie "The wedding date" the girl who is getting married, she just wears liquid eyeliner with a really soft lipstick which only adds a shiny look and a touch of color to her lips (I think she is wearing a lipgloss, but this would also look great with this type lipstick). The one I recommend are the YSL Rouge Pure Shine (But, I was searching all over the internet and it seems to be just like an special edition, but also I found for you some that may look similar) here.

2. Matte. This one is perfect for any occasion, all of these lipsticks are long lasting, don't know why but they really last all day, I think its because they are not buttery, anyways they are awesome, the one here is the red one, it is from MAC (retro matte lipstick in RUBY WOO) and god It does last all day and night, love it because of that.

3.  Satin. This one is on the middle. it doesn't shine but it is not matte. It it the best of both worlds, lasts just exactly what you need it to last 4 to 6 hours, and depends if you eat or drink anything, it is perfect for those days when you are feeling like okay I want to wear makeup but not too much of it, this one won't last the whole day, but you just have to keep it always in your purse for any emergency, yes it is perfect for emergencies. The color in which this come are pretty and it will flatter any type of lip.

Here there is SNOB(pink) and VEGAS VOLT (orange) by MAC.

COLORETES. Los coloretes son una de las cosas más importantes cuando se habla de maquillaje, encontrar el perfecto para alguna ocasión puede ser difícil, desde que hay unos brillantes con un toque de color, otros son mate y hay algunos que son satinados. Estos cuatro que escogí para esta entrada son de los tres tipos que antes mencione. Todas las marcas tienen sus propios nombres, pero yo quise ir por lo simple y los nombre por como se ven.

1. Brillantes con un toque de color. Este es perfecto cuando llevas los ojos oscuros, un ojo ahumado y quieres que la atención se la lleven estos. Es perfecto para lo anterior o no se si han visto la peli "The wedding date" la chica que se va a casar, sólo lleva delineador liquido y es muy simple su maquillaje, que se ve muy bonito el toque de color y brillo en sus labios (aunque creo que ella usa un brillo, éste tipo de colorete se vería increíble). El que recomiendo es YSL Rouge Pure Shine (pero, busque en internet y parece que esta discontinuado, o una edición especial, pero encontre uno que sería bueno y se vería parecido aquí).

2. Mate. Este es perfecto para cualquier coacción, este tipo de coloretes duran mucho, no se porque duran literalmente todo el día, creo que debe ser porque no tienen como esa textura mantecosa, de todos modos son increíbles, el que quiero recomendarles es de MAC (retro matte en RUBY WOO) y si que dura todo el día y hasta la noche, lo quiero por eso.

3. Satin. Este tipo de colorete se encuentra en el medio, no es brillante pero tampoco es mate. Es lo mejor de ambos mundos, dura exactamente lo que un colorete normal debería, de 4 a 6 horas, y obviamente depende de si comes o tomas alguna bebida. Es perfecto para ese tipo de días cuando te sientes como que quieres usar maquillaje pero no mucho, este no durará todo el día, asi que si te cansas de él simplemente lo retiras sin tener que usar el super desmaquillantee, también es excelente para cualquier emergencia, me refiero a que estas de afán este será tu salvador. De igual forma viene como enserio en todos los colores y definitivamente va a hacer lucir tus labios super bonitos, no importa como sean. Aquí están SNOB(rosadito) y VEGAS VOLT (naranja) de MAC. 

P.d.1: Si estas en Colombia los MAC se encuentran en Fallabella y si estás en Bogotá además de Fallabella se encuentran en el CC Andino y en la riviera del CC El Retiro. y si quieres YSL en fallabella también están..

TREND REPORT.. THE CROP TOP - LA CAMISA CORTA

CROP, CROP, CROP. This trend I-ve seen it many times, it is just amazing, one must think this is just perfect for summer and spring, but I got to say that it also works on autumn and winter, yes off course with a twist, you are not going to wear it with nothing under, just saying.

I've seen a lot of ladies rocking this trend, and well I do have one or two shirts which are cropped. nothing tight, hate that, but maybe if I have a great body count on me for the tight ones.

Hope you like all of these pictures I've picked for you, and tell me if the trend is a yay or a nay. And if you want any crop top I've picked up my favorite ones (just in case I pick the fit to the body ones and the loose ones).


CORTO, CORTO, CORTO. Esta tendencia la he visto muchas veces, y es increíble, me acuerda un poco a despistados (clueless). Uno pensaría que es perfecta para el verano y la primavera, pero tengo que decir que también funciona para el otoño y el invierno, obviamente con un cambio, no vas a salir a la calle sin nada debajo, sólo si te quieres congelar, digo no?

He visto a muchas mujeres rockeando esta tendencia, y sí yo tengo una o dos de estas camisas cortas, nada pegado, odio eso, pero de pronto si tuviera un cuerpo de modelo, cuenten conmigo para esas.

Espero les gusten las fotos que recolecte para que vean y se inspiren, y diganme si les gusta la tendencia o no. Además si quieres una camisa corta, escogí mis favoritas (Escogí las pegadas y las sueltas, por si acaso).

BLUE SHADES - TONOS DE AZUL

BLUE. Sorry for the lack of post folks, the thing is that there are a few things going in my mind lately, I've been in the doctor -like too much- and my organism was not feeling well at all, to get dressed or even for a shot. so my apologies for that, the blog is one of the greatest things I have, and not being able to upload it was not good for me either. This is the first time I tell you guys that I've been really sick, I hate sharing this on Instagram, twitter or facebook, just does not feel well. but since this is like my scape, and you guys are a big part of my life I thought you should know. Besides that, maybe on july I will be absent for a while again, maybe I will get an eye surgery, lets hope the medicine do its work, and my eye get well, I have faith on that.

On the other hand, I was so happy that I could get my hands on this gorgeous pants from Mango, and my dad help me taking this pictures, the blue is such a great color, and thanks god when I took this pictures it was sunny and windy, got to love this kind of weather. The shirt is just so special, bought it a day when me and my mom were on the mall, just having coffee, and the shop just appeared, it was such a bargain, for its low cost and good quality. You may be asking which shop, well it is a Colombian shop called Ragged. If you come to Colombia it is a must to go to this shop. 

BLUE. Siento mucho mi ausencia, hay muchas cosas pasando por mi cabeza en estos momentos. He estado en el doctor muchisimo, mi organismo no se esta sintiendo nada bien para vestirle o para una sesión de fotos. Asi que pido disculpas por eso, el blog es una de las cosas más importantes que tengo, y no poder poner entradas tampoco es bueno para mi. Este es la primera vez que comento que estoy enferma, odio publicar estas cosas en instagram, facebook o twitter, no se siente bien. Pero desde que este es mi escape, y ustedes son una gran parte de mi vida pienso que debian saber. Aparte de todo eso, depronto este mes voy a estar ausente otra vez, depronto me operan de un ojo, sólo esperemos que las medicinas funcionen muuuy bien y mi ojo se ponga bien, tengo fé en eso.

Por otra parte, fui muy feliz al obtener estos pantalones de Mango, y mi papá me ayudo a tomar estas fotos, el azul es un color tan bonito, y gracioas a Dios cuando tome estas fotos, el clima era perfecto, con unpoco de  sol y brisita. La camisa es tan especial, la compre un dia con mi mamá, estabamos en el CC, tomando café y la tienda apareció, fue una muuy buena compra, fue super barata y su cálidad es increíblemente buena. Se preguntarán que tienda, bueno es una tienda colombiana llamada Ragged. Deberían ir si se encuentran en Colombia, pinchen aquí para ver donde se encuentra.
